Femina Miss India – Policies

• No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances (including but not limited to non-appearance, personal reasons, or technical issues).
• No Transfer to Another Person: Registrations are strictly non-transferable. You cannot transfer your payment/registration to another individual.
• Venue Transfer: If a participant is unable to attend at the chosen audition venue, she may be allowed to attend at another audition venue, subject to availability and if the auditions are still ongoing, provided prior information is given to the organisers.
• The organisers' decision will be final and binding.

By registering for Femina Miss India Auditions, you agree to the following:

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
• Information collected during registration (such as name, contact details, age, photographs, and payment details) will be used only for the purpose of managing your participation in Femina Miss India auditions.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except with service providers (e.g., Razorpay for payments) and as required by law.
• All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's payment gateway. We do not store your sensitive payment information such as card or bank details.
• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
